Standard delivery is calculated at checkout. If you would like additional help on delivery day, our White Glove Delivery Service offers optional set-up, packaging removal and old mattress removal. Selections are made at checkout.

Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days in the North Island and 7–15 working days in the South Island. Estimated delivery timeframes are confirmed at checkout. If your delivery is expected to take longer, we'll contact you.
Every Comfi mattress comes with a 100-night trial, giving you time to experience your mattress at home. We recommend allowing at least 30 nights for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
If you're not satisfied after this period, you can arrange a return within the 100-night trial. We'll organise collection of your mattress at no cost and provide a refund in accordance with our trial policy.
