2-Year Pillow Warranty

All Comfi Natural Latex, FusionGel® and Down Alternative pillows are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, beginning from the original date of purchase.

What the pillow warranty covers

If a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship is identified during the warranty period, Comfi may repair or replace the affected pillow.

What isn't covered

The pillow warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Comfort, feel or personal preferences.

  • Damage caused during transportation or storage.

  • Misuse or failure to follow the product's use, cleaning or care instructions.

  • Minor manufacturing variations that do not affect the pillow's performance.

  • Products that are dirty or in an unsanitary condition.

Who can make a warranty claim?

The warranty applies to the original purchaser in New Zealand and the pillow must be in New Zealand.

Please retain your original proof of purchase, along with the purchaser's name and contact details, as these may be required when making a warranty claim.

How to make a warranty claim

If you believe your pillow has a manufacturing or materials fault, contact Comfi as soon as you identify the issue. You can email hello@comfi.co.nz or call us on 0508 GET COMFI (0508 438 266).

Comfi will advise where the pillow should be sent and what information is required. You'll need to provide your original proof of purchase together with your name and contact details.

If your pillow is accepted as being within warranty, Comfi may repair or replace it. Where necessary, materials or a model of similar quality and type may be substituted.

Your rights under New Zealand consumer law

This warranty is additional to any rights you may have under New Zealand law. Comfi's returns information states that it will meet its obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 for faulty or damaged products.
