Comfi accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Poli Internet Banking, Laybuy and Gem Visa.


Shop Pay is an accelerated checkout that lets customers save their email address, credit card, and shipping and billing information. This can save your customers time when they check out, especially if they've already opted in to Shop Pay on any Shopify store.


Apple Pay works anywhere that accepts contactless payments. In apps and on participating websites. Use Apple Pay for purchases in Safari on your iPhone, iPad or Mac. You can skip the lengthy check-out forms and pay with just a touch or a glance.


Google Pay is the fast, easy, and secure way to pay on sites, in apps, and in stores using the cards saved to your Google Account. To use Google Pay to pay in stores, you'll need an Android phone.


Gem Visa
Buy now and pay over 12 months interest free with any pre approved Gem Visa card. A minimum transaction of $250 applies.
How it works:
1. Choose your Comfi mattress.
2. At check out, select ‘GEM Interest Free’ as your payment option.
3. Complete your purchase with your pre-approved GEM credit.

The Visa Payments Processing APIs enable Visa clients, such as acquirers, acquirer processors, and approved merchants sponsored by a participating acquirer to process card-not-present payments through a direct interface to Visa's global payment system.

 

Mastercard is a payment network processor. Mastercard partners with financial institutions that issue Mastercard payment cards processed exclusively on the Mastercard network. Mastercard's primary source of revenue comes from the fees that it charges issuers based on each card's gross dollar volume.


Amex Pay allows Cardmembers with eligible American Express Cards, to use the Amex App on NFC enabled Android devices running Kitkat 4.4 or above, to tap and pay at contactless merchants where American Express Cards are accepted.

How does the 100 night rest easy trial swap guarantee work?+

We want everyone to get the best sleep possible, and know it takes a few nights, and naps, to get a feel for the difference a Comfi bed can make. With our trial and swap policy, you can try our Comfi beds in the comfort of your own home - and swap it if you don't become friends with your mattress.

If you’ve been sleeping on another bed every night for the past few years, your body will need approximately 2-4 weeks to adjust to your new Comfi mattress.

That’s why we ask for you to sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights up to 100 nights so you can take note of how your sleep improves along the way.

If for any reason you are not 100% happy and want to swap a Comfi mattress for a different feel, we will happily provide an exchange of purchase within 100 days.

How do I swap a COMFI bed within the 100 night "Rest Easy" trial period?+

Easy.

Within the 100 night rest easy trial, you are eligible for one (1) mattress swap only. So, if you change your mind about the feel, you can swap your mattress at the same price point or you can upgrade and pay for the difference. 

We will cover the cost of the return of the original mattress back to Comfi. You will cover the cost of the delivery of the exchanged mattress.

Do I get a trial if I exchange a product?+

No. You are eligible for one swap in a trial period per mattress purchase.

What is the timeframe for swapping my mattress?+

It can take up to 30 days for you and your mattress to get to know each other so we require you to sleep on it for a minimum of 30 days before you decide you may need to change. You will need to let us know before your 100 night rest easy trial ends. Any questions give us a call or email us as we are happy to help
you along the way.

What happens to my returned mattress?+

To remain true to our commitment of “you buy, we give”, a returned trial Comfi mattress will be donated to a local charity.

Can I cancel my order?+

For all standard Comfi mattress and base orders, should you wish to cancel the order, this request must be made within 24-48 hours of placement of this order by emailing hello@comfi.co.nz. No
refunds will apply after this timeframe.

For any customised Comfi mattress and base
orders, once the order has been confirmed, no changes will be accepted.
