Simple one but seemed like a big ask in my mind. Turns out it wasn't.
I wasn't sleeping well after weeks. Not sure what it was, so I reached out to the gals and they set me up with another option, no charge, very willing.
Few nights to adjust and I'm sleeping very well again!

Super Natural Mattress & Base - Queen
I couldn't be happier with my new mattress and bed base! The bed base drawers are a fantastic bonus – they're a great size and provide loads of extra storage, which has made a real difference.
The mattress is incredibly comfortable, and I've been sleeping so much better since getting it. On top of that, the customer service was absolutely next level. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process so easy from start to finish.
If you're looking for a comfortable bed backed by outstanding service, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Softest Pillow Top in Town
Cheaper pillow tops are prone to compress and deform, but the build quality here is exceptional. Comfi was the only brand eager to show every detail of what's inside their mattresses.
I was looking for a very soft mattress as I'm small and lightweight and don't make much of a dent. I didn't find any other brands that felt quite as soft. I'd perhaps have hoped for these to be even softer, but regardless I was very happy to leap at such quality. I did try lying on Comfi's Luxe mattress, but didn't find it to be much softer for me.
I swapped my old padded mattress protector for a very thin bamboo one, and since then I've truly enjoyed the feel of my Comfi mattress!

Can I try a mattress before I buy it?

Yes. You can visit our Comfi Hub in Parnell, Auckland, to try our mattresses before purchasing. We also offer private showroom appointments, so you can try different mattresses at your own pace, without a salesperson present. Book your showroom visit.
If you're unable to visit in person, we also offer virtual showroom tours, where our team can show you the mattresses and answer your questions. Book your virtual showroom tour.
Our 100-night trial also gives you the opportunity to experience your mattress at home and decide whether it's right for you. For more information, see our Mattress 100 Night Trial Policy.
What are my delivery options?

Standard delivery is calculated at checkout. If you would like additional help on delivery day, our White Glove Delivery Service offers optional set-up, packaging removal and old mattress removal. Selections are made at checkout.
Our delivery partner will contact you to arrange a delivery.
Delivery typically takes 2–7 working days in the North Island and 7–15 working days in the South Island. Estimated delivery timeframes are confirmed at checkout. If your delivery is expected to take longer, we'll contact you.
What are the conditions of your 100-night trial?

Every Comfi mattress comes with a 100-night trial, giving you time to experience your mattress at home. We recommend allowing at least 30 nights for your body to adjust to a new mattress.
If you're not satisfied after this period, you can arrange a return within the 100-night trial. We'll organise collection of your mattress at no cost and provide a refund in accordance with our trial policy.
