Simply the best!!

The whole experience from beginning to end was excellent!! Within minutes of sending an email request for pricing I got a phone call from Susie with all the needed information, she worked hard to accommodate my needs for a very quick delivery. Delivery was then done on time, the mattress is very confortable and it feels so good knowing that it's made with as much natural materials as possible, and it's true that the individually wrapped steel pocket springs respond independently to movement, helping reduce partner disturbance!

Have been enjoying it for a month now and I can honestly say that this was the best choice I could have made for a mattress!

Mattress

Mattress was slightly firmer than I was expecting but it's beautifully comfortable and I love that it's non toxic. Great customer service, would not hesitate to re-purchase.

Natural mattress meets expectations

High quality, very comfortable and warm. Great service from the team at comfi. While there's a very generous 100 day trial, it only took one night to confirm our choice

Magic!

My 17 year old son had well and truly outgrown his king single bed, at 6'4". Vicky & Jenny were more than amazing in arranging a new bed for him. I had wondered whether the soft might be too soft, but he absolutely loves and is getting great sleeps. Thank you so much. It truly is comfi and you guys are amazing. I also have three of your great pillows and when I next need a bed for our daughter or myself, I will absolutely look to buy a comfi.

We couldn’t be happier with Comfi Mattress!

The quality of their mattresses is outstanding: super comfortable, supportive, and built to last. What really sets them apart though is their customer service. The team is always friendly, responsive, and genuinely cares about making sure you get the perfect fit.

They’ve become our go-to for all our mattress needs, both at home and for our Airbnb business, and they’ve never let us down. Even better, it’s a New Zealand–made product, which makes supporting them feel even more worthwhile.

Highly recommend Comfi Mattress if you’re looking for a great product backed by excellent service!
