How do I know which Comfi to choose?
We’ve made it simple by only offering 3 ranges.

What if I make a mistake with my choice?
We get it; buying a luxury mattress online is a big investment that can feel risky. This is why we offer a risk-free 100 Night Rest Easy Trial so you can trial your bed for up to 100 nights, in the comfort of your bedroom. As long as you are within the 100 night trial, we will assist you with a swap in feel or size, no matter where in New Zealand you are based.
Where are your mattresses made?
Right here in New Zealand by New Zealand’s leading bed manufacturer. It is super important to us that all our Comfi products are manufactured in New Zealand as full traceability, industry support and high quality is non-negotiable.
Will I sleep hot?
We wouldn’t sell it to you if you did. Both our husbands sleep really hot and in the 3 years we have been doing this, we have never had a complaint about our beds being too hot as we have specifically designed each component to ensure maximum airflow.
How are your mattresses high quality yet low in cost compared to other bed retail stores?
That’s because we have cut out the middleman and sell direct to consumers. So no big overhead costs, sales commissions, or distribution costs (our beds are made in NZ). As a result, we pass these savings directly onto you so you are paying what you should be for a mattress as opposed to what you are normally charged.
Do you have a showroom to try out your mattresses?
For those of you who still need a bit more reassurance, we have 1 showroom located at 347 Parnell Road in Auckland. We are the only company in the bedding industry to allow customers to book their own private appointment to try out our amazing beds on a day and time that works for them. Can I try a Comfi bed before I buy it?

Comfi began with the idea in Covid of selling high-quality mattresses online. It's how we keep those middlemen out and our overheads low, which means we can keep our prices affordable for you every day. Besides, we believe the best way to know if a mattress is right for you is by trying it in the comfort of your own home. That's why we give you the opportunity to sleep on your Comfi bed at home for 100 nights, with a no-hassle return policy.
For those living in Auckland, we have recently opened a sleep store so come and visit us at our Comfi Hub on the corner of Beach Road and Anzac Avenue, Auckland Central.
What can I do with my old mattress when I buy a new one?

For those living in Auckland and the wider area, we have partnered with Junk2Go who (for a super reasonable fee) are able to come and collect and remove your old bed for you. What’s even better is that they have a large depot where items are sorted and packaged up for recycling, donating or taken to a local refuse station.
For those located elsewhere in NZ, if your old mattress is on the way out but you're not sure what to do with it, we've got some ideas! Consider donating it to a local charitable organization so that your mattress can go to someone in need; or find a local community group online and post your donatable goods.
How does the 100 night rest easy money back guarantee work?

We want you to love your Comfi mattress and know it can take the body at least 30 days to adjust to a new bed. So, we will give you 100 nights to try it out.
