As long as you are within the 100 night trial, we will assist you with a swap in feel or size, no matter where in New Zealand you are based.
Where are your mattresses made?
Right here in New Zealand by New Zealand’s leading bed manufacturer. It is super important to us that all our Comfi products are manufactured in New Zealand as full traceability, industry support and high quality is non-negotiable.
Will I sleep hot?
We wouldn’t sell it to you if you did. Both our husbands sleep really hot and in the 3 years we have been doing this, we have never had a complaint about our beds being too hot as we have specifically designed each component to ensure maximum airflow.
How are your mattresses high quality yet low in cost compared to other bed retail stores?
That’s because we have cut out the middleman and sell direct to consumers. So no big overhead costs, sales commissions, or distribution costs (our beds are made in NZ). As a result, we pass these savings directly onto you so you are paying what you should be for a mattress as opposed to what you are normally charged.

Pocketed coil units made with individually wrapped commercial grade steel coils respond to your body’s movements. There is no weight limit, minimum partner disturbance and offers excellent edge support, while maintaining good airflow throughout the mattress.
Centralised mini pocket springs, which are foam encased to match the larger pocket spring system, provide seamless edge support as well as comfort where you need it the most.
Generous dual layers of natural organic latex provide gentle cushioning and buoyant support with the added benefit of being naturally hypoallergenic and anti-microbial. The hole-punched layer allows for air flow and to draw heat and moisture away from the body and mattress to regulate body temperature.
Crafted with alpaca fibres, the layers closest to the sleeping surface are super soft and due to the hollow nature of the fibre, they provide the optimum level of breathability and temperature control. It's how we keep those middlemen out and our overheads low, which means we can keep our prices affordable for you every day. For those living in Auckland, we have recently opened a sleep store so come and visit us at our Comfi Hub on the corner of Beach Road and Anzac Avenue, Auckland Central.
For those living in Auckland and the wider area, we have partnered with Junk2Go who (for a super reasonable fee) are able to come and collect and remove your old bed for you. What’s even better is that they have a large depot where items are sorted and packaged up for recycling, donating or taken to a local refuse station.
For those located elsewhere in NZ, if your old mattress is on the way out but you're not sure what to do with it, we've got some ideas! Consider donating it to a local charitable organization so that your mattress can go to someone in need; or find a local community group online and post your donatable goods.
