Our 100-night trial

Purchasing a mattress can be a big decision, which is why we offer a 100-night trial on all our mattresses after delivery.

You can return your mattress for a full refund if you are not satisfied with it within 100 nights. If you choose to exchange it for another size or model you will need to pay the difference in price, however the new mattress will not qualify for a refund or our 100-night trial.

It is important to note that it can take up to a month for you to adjust to your new mattress, therefore you need to have slept on it for at least 30 days before you are eligible for an exchange or refund.

Returning a mattress

Contact us at sales@comfi.co.nz to arrange the collection of your bed and we’ll take it from there.

Please note: Not all mattresses are eligible for return.

The 100-night trial and return policy extends to the original purchaser only. Mattresses bought used or second hand are exempt from the trial and return policy. Mattresses that have been abused, soiled, damaged, or have bed bugs will not be eligible for a return. There is a limit of two returns per customer.

What happens to my returned mattress?

We have a partnership with Red Cross that enables us to make sure that good quality returned mattresses go to people in need.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are approved as soon as the returns process has been successfully completed. Please note it can take 3-5 business days for the bank to process your refund.

When will my mattress be collected?

It usually takes up to 10 working days so find a place to keep your mattress clean and dry while we process the pickup.
